Do you have 999+ emails in your inbox because you never delete them or organize them?

I did too. (oops!) It got so bad, that some of my personal emails were getting buried by all my Amazon shipping notifications, sale flyers from my favorite stores, and bill statements.

I wanted to keep getting those emails, but I also didn’t want to miss messages from friends and family.

When I found the solution it took me only five minutes to get it set up, and I am loving the results.

How to Organize Your Email Inbox in 5 Minutes and Keep it Clutter-Free

Are you tired of searching for your personal e-mails in all the subscriptions in your inbox? Clear out the clutter and only keep the subscriptions you want in 5 minutes with one FREE email application.

The solution I found is unroll.me.

It is a completely free and convenient mail application that declutters your subscriptions, and wraps up your handpicked subscriptions into one daily email called a roll up.

Plus, you can set it up in a jiffy.

It is really easy to do, but I will walk you through it below:

Step 1: Choose your provider.

Head over to Unroll.me. And choose your email provider (Google, Yahoo, Outlook, AOL, or other).

Step 2: Accept.

Accept the terms and conditions.

Step 3: Give Permissions.

Sign in with your email and give permissions for unroll.me to get to work.

Step 4: Wait for scanning to complete.

Unroll.me scans your emails for subscriptions and gives you a list of all your subscriptions in alphabetical order.

If your email is so full you can't find what you need, get it organized with unroll.me

Step 5: Purge and roll.

Edit your subscriptions. Beside each subscription listing, there are 3 options: “add to rollup,” “unsubscribe,” or “keep in inbox.”

I like to unsubscribe from all the things I just don’t read, or things I thought I was going to like, but didn’t.

I add things to the rollup like bill statements, amazon notifications, and stores that send online shopping discounts. The only catch with the rollup is that there are usually 1-2 ads in the email.

I keep time-sensitive things in my inbox because I want to get them right away.

Step 6: Share unroll.me on social media to continue.

As you proceed through the list, unroll.me will ask you to share the link for unroll.me on facebook. You can opt to send to a group or personal message, if you prefer. Otherwise, you can choose to share on LinkedIn or Twitter.

For a free service like this, it’s a small price to pay.

Step 7: Choose when you check your mail.

After you are finished going through the list of subscriptions, it will ask you at which time each day you would like to receive your rollup email.

clear out you email and keep it that way with unroll.me

Step 8: Enjoy your new inbox.

Unroll.me will send you a daily email including any subscriptions that you added to your rollup.

If you begin to subscribe to new things, unroll.me will ask you in your daily rollup if you would like to unsubscribe or roll that subscription up too, so it is continuously keeping your inbox clutter free. Win.

Go to unroll.me to get started getting your inbox organized! It will be one less place that is cluttering up your life and wasting your time.
