What are Cookies?
A cookie is a piece of information your web browser stores. Cookies help browsers work correctly and helps the creators adjust their site based on user preference. These cookies can either last until you close your browser or if they are “persistent” cookies they may be stored until a set expiration date, or if you manually clear your cookies before that set date.
Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.
Like many other Web sites, www.savetimemaketime.com makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’s analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

More on comments:
If you leave a comment on my site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, I will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, I will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on my website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Jetpack uses Akismet which collects information about visitors who comment on my site and scans for spam comments. The information collected includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).
I use convertkit to collect names and email addresses for the purposes of contacting, communicating and direct marketing to subscribers who consent. I never spam my list or sell their information. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email they receive from me.
All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows the Website to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.
The contact form on my website uses a plugin called ninja forms for contact submissions. I keep contact form submissions only until I am able to reply and resolve the issue for customer service purposes, but I do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
